I Made Myself Too Available
by Emm-squared
(London)
I met this great guy last year and after a month of hanging out I felt as if he was "The One".
He said he wanted us to be in a relationship after 2 weeks and we ended up rushing things. He had to travel for three weeks and didn't communicate often even though he had promised to.
He likes me but I feel I made myself too available and didn't play any hard to get with him and told him all about myself in the short time we spent together before he left. Now he's back for three months before his job takes him somewhere else for a few months and I really want to establish something stronger with him before he leaves again but I don't want to be too available this time.
How can I do this?
