The Hurt Wont Go Away

There's this guy I was once in love with and unfortunately still am. The hurt won't go away. We used to be the cutest couple in the entire school but that all changed the beginning of 7th grade (I'm fairly young).

His name was Mitch. He was the most beautiful thing I had ever laid my eyes on with his sandy blond hair and ice blue eyes. He was sweet too he gave me flowers, chocolates and animals. It was the most spectacular love I had ever seen.

But that fateful day in September it all came crashing down around me. My heart broke and I don't think I would ever love again.

Here's how it happened: Me and Mitch were chatting on another one of the thousands of social networking sites when I was looking through his profile and noticed that I wasn't in his top friends anymore.

I asked him about it and all he said was "I don't know." That didn't make me happy so I called him and he told me the truth. I would have rather stuck with "I don't know" instead of what was coming toward me next.

He said, "Maddy, you're ugly and stupid and I hate you I have new girlfriend in Texas whose 15 and shes hot unlike you." After that he hung up on me I shut down the computer and walked into my room thew myself on my bed and cried until I fell asleep.

The next day, I told my mom I was sick and ditched out of school. I got a phone call After school from my best friend Kelsi asking where I was. I told her what happened and she said that I needed to come to school tomorrow. I told her I didn't want to but I ended up going anyways.

The first person I saw was Mitch himself. Instead of walking near him, I went as far away from him as possible and sat down. He walked up to me, called me a whore and walked back to his spot.

That ruined my whole day and the whole year now its October in the beginning of 8th grade year and it still hurts like hell. Even four other boyfriends not counting my current one haven't got me through that breakup. My friend Olivia going out with him doesn't help. Maybe this could be the year of a new life a less sorrowful one but I have a feeling that relationship will scar me for the rest of my life and the hurt won't go away, ever.
